   Vincent van Gogh was born on March 30 1853 in Groot-Zundert, Netherlands,in  the family of the reformat reverend Theodorus van Gogh. He had three sisters - Elizabeth, Anna, Wil - two brothers - Theo and Cor - a numerous family and unity. Among all, Theo will prove nearest him, the only one who supported permanently, moral and especially financial. Much later, when Vincent will be possessed only by his art, Theo will always be the one who buys the colors and cloth, sent the money for daily living and trying unsuccessfully to sell the canvas of his brother.       

If childhood , the future painter was not noticed by anything - and even less as a talent in fine arts - later began to discover, fascinated, drawings and engravings artists in vogue. Start drawing in the school, under the guidance of Constantijn C. Huysmans, but shortly Vincent abandoned studies. The first signs of disease that would finally bring the dead were already felt, but were ignored by the family who's was looking for Vincent,at the age of  15 years, a job. With the help of a relative will be hire to follow in an art gallery in The Hague, where he was familiared with the works of classic artists, academic,where any new trends and ideas were rejected immediately. It was in 1869. 

In 1873,  gallery owners transfered him to London to oversee the business there. It was one of the few happy moments of his life ,Van Gogh: discover new and new painters and genres, already having his favorite artists, began to give a comfortable with art galleries, wins already pretty good. But the happiness don’t last long for Vincent, when he fall in love hopeless at the London house whith the daughter of the owner states. Rejected, he had the first psychological fall, appearing first signs of religious mania. Working poorly, is angry with customers, starting to reject it works easily and sold to bring in the gallery of art pieces painted by young artists. In short time, he does not work anymore, always protesting, arguing, and finally he lose his job.
